Attorney General calls for Sanford investigation

As media reports emerged this week concerning the governor's personal use of a state-owned aircraft, South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster called for an investigation by the state Ethics Commission. Below is McMaster's letter to the commission's executive director, Herb Hayden, and an excerpt from the South Carolina law that Sanford appears to have violated.
